Do I need to code?+
No. You describe what the agent should do in plain English, the job, the data it needs, the rules, and when it escalates to you. Our team handles the build. You review and test on real data before it goes live.
What can an agent do?+
An agent can read and analyze your data, draft content, research external information, log actions to your systems via API, send emails, and escalate decisions to you. It cannot move money or execute without your approval on sensitive actions.
Can my agent actually DO things, not just write?+
Yes. Tick "Give this agent hands" when you create (or edit) an agent and choose its capabilities: social posting (drafts real scheduled posts using your connected accounts and recent-post history) and/or outbound email (drafts real emails to contacts you provide, it can never invent an address). Everything lands in your approval queue first; nothing is published or sent without your approval. Approved posts publish automatically on a connected Facebook Page or LinkedIn profile (Instagram/TikTok/X arrive as ready-to-post reminders); approved emails send immediately with your from-name, replies to your inbox, and a one-click unsubscribe link. Your saved business profile is used automatically on every run. An Action Agent run uses several AI steps, so one run may use a few units of your daily AI allowance and a little more of your monthly agent budget than a normal run. Ad-account connections are not available yet, they are on the roadmap, along with more action types. When you approve an email, you confirm you have permission to contact that person, and your business mailing address (required by commercial email rules) is included in the footer of every send.
How many agents can I build?+
Up to 25 per workspace. Your workspace includes 500 agent runs a month, shared across all your agents, with a daily ceiling of 35 AI-powered actions to keep things fast and fairly priced. If you build fewer, more-complex agents, you'll have plenty of room. If you build many simple ones, spread heavy runs across days, and if you genuinely need more volume, higher allowances are quoted individually.
Can I schedule agents?+
Yes. Run agents on demand anytime, or set them to run automatically on a recurring schedule (daily, weekly, etc.). If an agent needs data from outside (like a daily upload), it awaits that trigger.
Can agents work together?+
Yes. Chain 2-3 agents: the first takes your input, the second receives the first agent's output (into a field you designate) plus fixed values you set, and the third does the same. Each step counts as its own run against your monthly allowance. Chains run detached from your browser so slow multi-step workflows don't hang your page.
What if an agent breaks or gets outdated?+
You modify it anytime by re-describing what it should do. Our team reviews the change and updates the build. Your full run history stays, so you can audit what the old version did.
