Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Mazal services.

1. Subscription billing terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. Each charge covers the upcoming billing period. Applicable taxes may be added.

2. Setup fees

Some services include a one-time setup or onboarding fee covering initial configuration and implementation work. Because this work begins promptly after purchase, setup fees are typically non-refundable once that work has commenced.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period;
  • You retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period;
  • We do not charge cancellation fees.

4. Refund eligibility

Recurring subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, as access continues through the end of the paid period. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in cases such as billing errors or duplicate charges. Setup fees follow the terms in section 2.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or raise a billing issue, contact us through our contact page or email hello@mazal.tech. Please include your account email and details of the charge so we can review it quickly.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
